Another in the endless parade of crimes committed by individuals with multiple arrests yet still free to roam our streets courtesy of the “progressive” legal policies of the Left!
In Baltimore, on July 26, at approximately 7 A.M., two men attempted to steal the car of a lone female who managed to escape. On July 27, a group of three males engaged in two similar assaults, none of which, fortunately, ended in any serious harm to the targeted victims. Because he had already been shackled with an ankle monitor, one individual was found to have taken part in all three attempted robberies. He is, bizarrely, a 13 year old with 18 felony arrests already on his record!
It is no exaggeration to say that the young man in question is compulsively evil if not insane. He clearly needs to be removed from the public realm. Former Baltimore Police Deputy Commissioner Jason Johnson pointed out that youthful repeat offenders are responsible for a significant percentage of the city’s crime. We have, he said, “juvenile detention facilities for a reason.” Clearly Johnson’s sympathies are with those whose lives might be forever destroyed by the antics of the 13 year old cited here. Yet it is sadly possible that the latter might be released once again, this, of course, as a result of the “compassionate” dementia of the contemporary Left!
