On Oct. 4 Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema was followed into a bathroom at Arizona State U. by a bunch of Leftist radicals who proceeded to harangue her as she used the facility, all the while filming the proceedings.
She is loathed by most in her party for her refusal, along with fellow Democrat Joe Manchin, to passively fall in line with every aspect of Biden’s radical agenda, their combined efforts effectively stalling his multi trillion dollar Build Back Better Act.
Sinema was rightly outraged by this invasion of her privacy. But when asked to endorse a statement condemning the behavior of her assailants, Bernie Sanders refused. Several Left leaning publications implied she got exactly what she deserved. The Young Turks in essence blamed her, saying she had “created the environment” that made such actions necessary. When asked for his comments on such harassment, Biden, while admitting it was inappropriate, was laughably non-committal, saying “it happens to everybody” and “it’s part of the process.”
Really! Being harassed by a screaming mob as one attempts to urinate is now part of the political process? The hypocritical double-standard relentlessly exploited by the “woke” Left is beyond disgusting. One can only imagine the paroxysms of media outrage and Draconian legal repercussions were a group of pro-Trumpers to treat Nancy Pelosi with similar disrespect in her most private of moments.
