The City by the Bay has a Black Democratic mayor, a female named London Breed, and is of course located in a state with a Democratic governor. It’s level of dysfunction is a perfect manifestation of the insanity of the contemporary Left.
How brain dead must one be, how utterly ignorant of the facts of human nature, not to realize that governments decreeing that law enforcement will not be unduly diligent in pursuing or charging those guilty of misdemeanors involving less than $950, are actively inciting a massive outbreak of crime within their jurisdiction. Hence San Fransisco!
Car break-ins are up 750% over last year! Petty crimes are out of control. Why would retail outlets such as Walmart and Walgreens, pillaged on an almost daily basis, even want to open their doors? The San Fransisco Chronicle recently suggested that residents of the city should perhaps simply accept that home invasions and burglaries are an unavoidable aspect of urban living! Such is the inevitable result of ideologues who sanctimoniously put “compassion” before the dictates of Law and Order, their “compassion” not apparently extended to the perfectly innocent victims of their stupidity.
Three Republican states, Texas, Florida and Tennessee, have increased their populations by approximately one million over the last decade as the residents of the Democratically controlled N.Y., Illinois and California have sought to escape the chaos induced by their governments. In N.Y. City in 2020, it has been reported, moving companies could not keep up with the demands of those seeking to leave the city!
I have referred repeatedly to the ironic fact that “progressivism” actually encourages primitivism. One need look no further than San Fransisco for evidence of this truth.
