As reported by Blaze Media on June 15, a group which calls itself “Trans is Natural” hung a massive flag from Yosemite’s El Capitan on May 20 in response to what it sees as the transphobia promoted by rational conservatives. That the latter see the Objective Facts of Human Biology as Truths to which each man must adjust, is apparently “hateful” to those who feel entitled to redefine Reality as suits them best. Whereas a moral perspective assumes Man’s capacity for honest Self-Awareness, those who would argue that “Trans is Natural” are clearly slaves to a pathetic need for self-validation. The lie at the heart of their narrative entails the conflation of the terms Natural and Normal. Yes, a small percentage of the species is born to a state of distressing Gender Ambiguity. Any decent human being must have nothing but empathy for their condition. But the fact that their condition occurs in Nature does Not make it Normal as many Trans Activists would have you believe. Indeed it is that delusion that leads them to the conviction that they have every right to assail elementary school children with the grossly simplistic and distressing generalization that their genitalia in no way determine their Gender!
A few weeks ago the National Post published an article on an adorable kitten that had been born with 6 legs. It has since been surgically altered. Its birth, of course, occurred in Nature. But does this make 6 legged cats perfectly Natural? A small percentage of our species is born with autism, a brain disorder which seriously imperils its victims’ ability to live normal, productive lives. Autism occurs within Nature. But does this in any way alter its status as a Deviation from the Human Norm? I understand the term “deviant” can be used with nasty moral implications. We are using it here, however, to point out a simple biological fact. That Trans Activists would have you believe they are in no way a deviation from the Human Norm, is absurd. That they feel entitled to have their delusion installed as a Western Cultural Norm is but another result of the Left’s Mindless devotion to Inclusiveness, of its Morally Null, Neo-Marxist belief that everyone not happy with their life is the victim of one sort of oppression or another.
Those born biologically Male or Female are distinguished by far more than the configuration of their genitals. While I have but an average male physique, I am fairly certain I am stronger than 99% of the females I have ever met. Men who identify as Women and feel entitled to compete against them in athletic competitions are self-centred jerks. That various politically sanctioned institutions have been willing to allow these violations of Women’s Rights simply validates the extent to which out Civilization has been poisoned by the superficial Mindset of the Left, a perspective which often empathizes with juvenile self-indulgence and indeed criminality, while dismissing the successes born of Discipline, Intelligence and Hard Work as no more than the products of Privilege.
