One of the candidates in Nebraska’s upcoming midterm Senatorial election is Dan Osborn who is running as an Independent. Yet as noted by the conservative website Townhall on Sept. 23, both audio and video evidence has recently emerged exposing him as an utter hypocrite. In most of the statements cited by Townhall he was no doubt unaware that he was being recorded.
While implying by his identity as an Independent that he is of the political Center, audio evidence exists of him saying that he totally supports the Trans Agenda, including the right of biological Males to compete in Women’s sports. He admits, however, that he does not want the general public to know, because it might very well cost him the upcoming election.
Publicly expressing his support for Trump’s border wall, he has been caught on tape denouncing it as a “symbol of racism.” Indeed he has said he would like to see ICE abolished. This admission was followed by: “I’ll be f—ed if I say those words out loud.”
In May, apparently, Osborn attended a townhall meeting in South Omaha of which there is video evidence. Openly admitting that if elected he would pursue a Far Left agenda, he can be seen arguing with a Woman whose primary cause is Fairness for Girls, insisting that her desire to keep biological Males from athletically competing with her daughters was rooted in Hatred! Sharing the Woke Left’s opinion on such issues, he nevertheless proudly declares his tactic of hiding his true Identity from the general public to be perfectly justified. Indeed he says: “I’m gonna win this election. And then I’ll be the Senator for six years and everybody else can F— off.”
On Aug. 11, The N.Y. Times published a piece on Osborn declaring: “He’s not a Democrat, but Democrats love him anyway.” I have not read the article, but one wonders if it celebrates him as a champion of the Enlightened Left, or as a mere power-hungry Hypocrite. Were he a conservative, of course, his refusal to be honest with the general public would have been widely excoriated throughout the mainstream media as just another example of the moral degeneracy of the Right. But who, really, are the moral degenerates of the contemporary political debate?
