As reported by The Blaze on Dec. 29, Damien McDaniel, a young Black American from Alabama, having been arrested as a 17 year old in 2019 and several times thereafter for acts of violence, was brought to trial in 2023 when he pled guilty to 2 counts of attempted murder. Sentenced to 15 years in prison, from which 13 were inexplicably eradicated, he was free in 2024 to join others in 2 mass shootings and 8 other murderous assaults. In Sept. alone, apparently, he took part in a 3 day rampage which left 7 dead and several wounded. Bizarrely, all the perpetrators of these crimes and their victims were Black!
The authorities who chose to release McDaniel in 2024 in spite of his obvious propensity for violence and his utter lack of respect for others, are quite literally responsible for the deaths of those he killed in Sept.. Was the fact that he is Black in any way responsible for their decision? Empathy for the “disenfranchised” is of course an inherent element of the Left’s “compassionate” legal mandates. As a result, examples of horrific crimes committed by both Blacks and Whites released on bail in spite of their obvious moral degeneracy, are regular features of life in all jurisdictions run by “progressives.” Morality, as insane as it may seem, is of only marginal relevance in the Left’s Neo-Marxist world-view.
In a truly conservative [i.e., traditional liberal] country, the health and welfare of the law-abiding public would be an absolute priority. If this means spending billions of dollars on prisons and mental institutions, then we must by all means do so! Yet in “liberal” jurisdictions throughout both Canada and the States, crime is out of control as the result of this idiotic Ideology that sees even the most horrific of criminals as somehow the victims of Social Injustice, while showing only marginal sympathy for the decent people they may assault upon bring released on bail time after time after time!
