As reported today by Canada’s Juno News, a B.C. court recently sentenced an individual to a mere 6 months behind bars after video evidence showed him kicking and choking a 2 year old child. In explaining the court’s ruling, Judge T. Golinsky cited the individual’s Indigenous Identity as a significant factor. Yet while the man’s mother is Indigenous, his father is not and he was apparently brought up in a relatively normal Canadian household.
The facts of this case would suggest we are either dealing with a heartless criminal or one who is insane, an individual who clearly represents a threat to those around him. Absurdly, however, while admitting that the man’s Indigenous Identity had no significant impact on his life, Golinsky cites the horrid evil of Western Colonialization as a factor in his judicial decision. Such is the insanity of the contemporary Left which puts it’s Neo-Marxist Ideology ahead of the obvious facts of the moral/intellectual diversity of our species. Some are loving and compassionate while others are ignorant and self-centered, and as the Indigenous Identity of the individual in question, whose name has been withheld from the public, clearly had nothing to do with his heinous behavior, Judge Golinsky’s ruling would seem to be the result of his “progressive” ignorance of the complexities of the Human Condition.
Should our unnamed child molester commit some horrid crime upon his release in 6 months, and he is clearly capable of doing so, Golinsky should himself spend time behind bars for his seeming indifference to the welfare of the Innocent [i.e., 2 year old children] whom the Law, before our decline into “wokeness,” was obviously supposed to protect!
