As reported by Keeann Bexte of Juno News on April 23, Canada’s “progressive” armed forces appear to be comfortable with allowing individuals born Male to compete in Women’s athletic competitions should they claim to be actual Females. In attempting to expose the absurdity of their policy, he posts a video of a game from the Armed Forces’ Women’s Volleyball Championships in which an individual who was clearly born Male utterly dominates his opponents. Sub-Lieutenant James Poirier, who now answers to the name “Jaimie”, is significantly heavier, taller and stronger than every other individual on the court. His unfair advantages as a biological Male ought to be obvious to anyone of simple common sense.
The Olympics have banned biological males from all female sports. Danielle Smith has also done so in the province of Alberta. At the same time I am sure the vast majority of liberals find it absurd that Women’s Rights should be violated out of empathy for a small minority. But given the pervasive Leftist bias of contemporary Western Culture, both the mainstream media and most “progressive” politicians here in North America have been loathe to openly express outrage with the Trans Precept that one can be whichever Gender one chooses to be. Canada’s Armed Forces are not alone in catering to this simplistic delusion, one that ignores the simple, verifiable, Objective facts of Human Biology.
This opinion is rooted not in disdain for those born into a state of Gender Ambiguity, but in the belief that Objective Reality must supersede mere Sentiment in the formulation of our priorities. That James Poirier has been allowed to compete against Women by a branch of the Canadian government is but one of a myriad of examples of the utter divorce from Reality of those who have the audacity to declare themselves “progressives.”
